Important Information!

To ensure a safe and secure environment for all our clients, please note the following:

Security & Privacy

Our studio is equipped with security cameras located inside the studio and in the hallway.These are in place strictly for safety and to protect our clients/equipments.

Footage is stored for 72 hours only and is automatically deleted after that period.

Only authorised female staff may access the footage, and only in the event of a

security issue or incident.

• For those needing privacy to change outfits, there is a communal bathroom

on the same floor as our studio.

Studio Guidelines

• Please treat the space, furniture, props, and equipment with care.

Do not drag furniture across the floor to avoid damage.

• You are welcome to rearrange furniture/props (excluding the arched mirror),

but ensure everything is returned to its original setup before leaving.

Add-ons must be included at the time of booking, such as extra guests and studio extra’s.

• Maximum occupancy per booking is 8 people. If you need to bring more,

you must add them via the booking system or let us know directly.

Leaving the studio in an excessively messy state may result in cleaning charges.

Failure to follow these rules may incur additional fees.

Damages

Any item found damaged, stained, or broken during your session will be charged

for repair or full replacement.

Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited anywhere in the building.

Booking & Time Management

All bookings must be paid in full in advance.

• Your booking allows for one client, so if you’re bringing others

(e.g., models, photographers), they must be added to your booking.

• If you need set-up or clean-up time, please book accordingly — going over

your booked time without notice may lead to charges.

• If you’d like to extend your session, please call the contact number provided

in your confirmation email. Extensions are subject to availability and

charged at the standard hourly rate.

• If you go over your booking time and it affects other client’s: you’ll be charged

+£50/per hr plus.

a £50 inconvenience fee.

• If it doesn’t affect another session: you’ll be charged at the standard

hourly rate for the additional time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your booking up to 72 hours in advance.

• Studio credit from a rescheduled session must be used within 30 days.

• Each booking can only be rescheduled once.

• If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your session,

no refunds or credits will be given.
